My Personal Experience

Getting a massage will be great, but getting massages on a regular basis will do wonders for you. Taking part in regularly scheduled treatments will play a huge part on how healthy you will be and feel and how youthful you will remain through the passage of time.  I understand that for some people getting regular massage treatments will mean a serious investment on their part, but it is one of the most savvy investments you can make to stay healthy and live your life with vibrancy and radiance! 

I have tried many different massage techniques including Swedish, Ayurvedic, holistic, Thai, stone, deep tissue, traditional Chinese, reflexology and a few others and I have derived benefits from all of them. Having said this, like everything else in life, I have grown very fond of a few techniques, most of them associated with Ayurvedic-type massages.
