Now that I have learned to mediate, I seem to have so much energy that I want to take on many new tasks that I have been putting off for years.

Increased energy is one of the benefits we expect from meditation. However, be careful not to overdo things in the early stages. Do not rush out and take on so many responsibilities that you end up expending more energy that you are gaining. Be regular with your meditation and move ahead gradually.

Remember that the balance is the key to success in life.
