Sometimes a meditation can stir up stress and fatigue, and that stress and fatigue comes out not only during meditation but also during the rest of the day. If this is your experience, try to get some extra rest during this time. Maybe go to bed earlier or work a lighter schedule during this time.

However, if this becomes a problem and affects your activity and lifestyle in some way, then talk to your teacher and perhaps he or she can reduce your time of meditation to slow down this release of stress so it is not uncomfortable for you.
