Interactive & Personalised Programme:

Our programme is designed to be a transformative experience for participants. We will hold on one-on-one meetings to assess their levels of wellbeing, identify needs, define an action plan and coach them through the process.

  1. Phase 1: Wellbeing Assessment. 1:1, 20-minute meeting (per person) to assess current wellbeing state.
  2. Phase 2: Interactive Workshop. In this 2-3 hour interactive workshop, participants will come out with a clear action plan to improve their capacity for wellbeing in the areas that are most relevant to them.
  3. Phase 3: Progress Assessment. 1:1, 20-minute meeting (per person) to assess level of progress based on the action plan.
